We
use packaging designed to provide the protection needed for your instrument.
Please inspect the instrument when you receive it and report any visible
damage immediately. Please keep the original shipping container and
documents until the instrument has been installed and tested.
Instruments
being returned or sent in for warranty service must be shipped by
air only! No shipments by ground service or Parcel Post! Please use
the packing we shipped it in or ship in at least 3" of foam packing
material.
No warranty exchanges after 30 days from date of purchase,
after 30 days units must be sent in for warranty service.
All Overhauls carry a one year warranty from date of invoice.
Undamaged Outright and Exchange instruments returned within 30 days will be issued a credit memo to be used towards a future purchase. For your convenience you can print out a request for service form to return with your instrument. |
